We are excited to help beauty educators lead their own Train the Trainer courses. Our AET Elevation™ is a bespoke program designed exclusively for beauty professionals who hold a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (L3 AET) qualification looking to elevate, enabling them to deliver their own level 3 AET course to prospective students.

TBP AET Delivery and Assessment Program:
This is a 2-Week intensive course that covers everything you need to know and understand to thrive as a Train the Trainer. Each week, we hold a virtual live session recapping the week's content, preparing for next week's assignments, and applying the theoretical knowledge to practical delivery.
Each cohort is added to a designated WhatsApp Community where you can gain support and insight from your trainer, Kai. The WhatsApp Community will also set weekly challenges and keep you accountable throughout the course. While it is set to take 2 weeks, you will have 6 months of access to the program materials. This means you can work at your own pace. All live sessions are recorded, allowing you to keep up.
Due to the hybrid delivery and assessment of the course you must be able to attend both live sessions (Tuesdays 12pm-2pm).

Course Eligibility
In order to enrol on this course, you must have at least one year of teaching experience and a valid Level 3 Award in Education and Training Qualification (or equivalent).
You can skip completing our qualification if you already hold a Level 4 Certificate in Education, Level 5 Diploma in Education, or PGCE.

When is The Next Enrolment?
Enrolment for this course opens bi-monthly. There will be two live calls which will take place on Tuesday from 12-2pm you MUST be available for both calls.

Is The AET Elevation™ Ofqual Regulated?
This program is not regulated by Ofqual. TBP accredit the program making it insurable. It offers those with a privately accredited Level 3 Award in Education and Training an opportunity to elevate their academies.
If you seek an Ofqual route to teach the Level 3 AET, you must complete the Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training and become a Center for an awarding body. You must have completed an Ofqual Regulated Level 3 Assessors Qualification and have access to an Internal Quality Assurer who has also completed an Ofqual Regulated Level 4 IQA Course (this individual can be employed or freelance).
What and Who Can I Teach After the Acceleration?
You will be able to deliver Train the Trainer Courses and offer beauty experts the chance to become educators.
You can teach hair, beauty and aesthetics experts from all niches, not just the areas you are qualified in. However, you can choose to stick to a particular niche if you wish. The qualification you are delivering is specific to the beauty industry, so please be mindful of this.
