Beauty Training Course Accreditation
TBP Training Course Accreditation is a seal of approval that verifies your courses meet industry standards. This is a mandatory requirement of all courses delivered to beginners or those learning new skills.
We are on a mission to improve the quality of education in the beauty industry. We are commited to the continued professional development of our educators and our mission is upheld in all that we do.
Our course accreditation shows your students that your course meets industry standards. This also allows your students to gain insurance from our insurance providers.
Without accreditation any insurance obtained by your students will be null and void. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure you are offering fully accredited and insurable courses.
In order to have your beauty training courses accredited by Trusted Beauty Professionals you will need to:
Be aged 19+, Have 1 years experience, hold a valid teaching qualification and be insured to offer training.
IF YOU DO NOT HOLD A VALID TEACHING QUALIFICATION WE RECOMMEND OUR BEAUTY EDUCATORS QUALIFICATION (LEVEL 3 AET).

TBP Educators Hub
Your accreditation plan includes 1 years access to our Educators Hub. This is our Continued Professional Development Library which includes masterclasses focused on 4 key areas: Education, Entrepreneurship, Marking and Mindset. Masterclasses are added to the hub monthly with a completion certificate attached to each one. Access to the hub will renew alongside your accreditation each year.

The only price increase you will experience is if you need to add additional courses/increase your plan.
The Accreditation Process
Step One: Gain Your Teaching Qualification
Before you can gain accreditation you must hold a valid teaching qualification. You must also have educators insurance. This can usually be added onto your existing policy. Our insurance partners will also be able to support with this.

Step Two: Create Your Course Materials
Create your course materials (per course):
- Manual
- Lesson Plan
- Theory Assessments
- Assessment Schedule
We recommend you download our Accreditation Handbook which will support you to develop your course materials. We also offer fully editable training materials for a range of beauty courses.
You can purchase your accreditation plan prior to this step or after as your accredited year does not begin until you have submitted everything.
Step Three: Accredit Your Courses
Purchase your accreditation if you have note already and submit all your documents to us via our accreditation application portal. This includes:
- Your qualification certificates.
- Your Level 3 AET certificate.
- Proof of educators insurance.
You will need the following per course:
- Manual.
- Lesson Plan.
- Theory Assessments.
- Assessment Schedule.
You will also be required to read through all of our policies inclusive of our Complaints Policy.
We ask that documents are sent via WeTransfer which is a free large file transfer website. It will ask you to input your email address and upload your files and to then place our email admin@trustedbeautyprofessionals.com in the sender box. It will also generate a transfer link which you will need to paste into the form.
Once submitted we will review your application within 7-10 working days.
Step Four: Run Your Courses
Once approved you will be contacted via email with your accreditation certificate and copies of our logo for your socials. Once received you can go ahead and start running your training courses!
We will also send out a free physical certificate within 14 working days to your registered address.
We recommend you engage CPD through the Educators Hub throughout the year to elevate your academy.
We will check in with you throughout your years accreditation to see how you are progressing and schedule your Quality Assurance Review.
As a TBP Accredited academy you will need to upload your student information to our learner registration portal once a month. This process takes less than 2 minutes a month to complete.
You can expect a 1-month and then 7-day reminder to renew your accreditation and access to the educators hub.
