TBP Certificate in Beauty Education and Training (CET Level 4):
This is a 5-Week intensive course that covers everything you need to know and understand to thrive as a Level 3 AET Trainer. Each week, we hold a virtual live session recapping the week's content, preparing for next week's assignments, and applying the theoretical knowledge to practical delivery.
Each cohort is added to a designated slack channel where you can gain support and insight from your trainer, Kai. The Slack channel will also set weekly challenges and keep you accountable throughout the course. While it is set to take 5 weeks, you will have 6 months of access to the course. This means you can work at your own pace. All live sessions are recorded, allowing you to keep up.

Course Eligibility
In order to enrol on this course, you must have at least one year of teaching experience and a valid Level 3 Award in Education and Training Qualification (or equivalent).
You can skip completing our qualification if you already hold a Level 4 Certificate in Education, Level 5 Diploma in Education, or PGCE.

Is the Acceleration Ofqual Regulated?
This acceleration is not regulated by Ofqual. TBP and insurable accredit it. It offers those with a privately accredited Level 3 Award in Education and Training an opportunity to elevate their academies.
If you seek an Ofqual route to teach the Level 3 AET, you must complete the Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training and become a Center for an awarding body. You must have completed an Ofqual Regulated Level 3 Assessors Qualification and an Internal Quality Assurer who has also completed an Ofqual Regulated Level 4 IQA Course.
What and Who Can I Teach After the Acceleration?
You will be able to deliver the Level 3 Award in Education and Training and offer beauty experts the chance to become educators.
You can teach beauty experts from all niches, not just the areas you are qualified in. However, you can choose to stick to a particular niche if you wish. The qualification you are delivering is specific to the beauty industry, so please be mindful of this.
