Our Story
Founded in 2023 by Kai, an experienced Secondary School Teacher (5 Years Experience) and Beauty Service Expert (6 Years Experience), TBP is driven by a passion for improving the quality of privately accredited education in the beauty industry. Combining her deep understanding of education and beauty, Kai developed two beauty industry specific teacher training courses that are fully accredited, insurable and designed to empower beauty professionals to teach with confidence and expertise:
The Beauty Educators Qualification (L3 AET): A foundational course tailored for beauty professionals who want to transition into teaching and gain their Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
Train the Trainer Acceleration (L4 CET): An advanced course designed to refine teaching skills, training established beauty educators to teach the Level 3 AET.
