Step 1 - Beauty Educators Qualification

Course Details: 

Title: TBP Beauty Educators Qualification (L3 AET Equivalent)  

Age: 19+ 

Assessment: Multiple Small Assignments and Micro Teach

Time: 10 weeks with 6 months access to complete.

Course Pre-requisite: Must already hold a qualification in the skill you wish to teach.

You will be asked to create a password upon completion of your transaction. This will give you instant access to our Beauty Educators Qualification which has been curated by industry experts coupling beauty specific training knowledge with the expertise of a qualified teacher (PGCE). 

This course will give you a teaching qualification that allows you to train the next generation, provided you already hold a qualification in that particular field.

Upon successful completion on the course you can begin creating your course and furthering your dreams. You will be confident in planning, designing and leading your own training courses, whilst maintaining the high standards demanded by the industry. 

You will cover 3 key modules:

Unit 1: Elevating the Educator.

Unit 2: Elevating the Learning Environment.

Unit 3: Elevating Teaching and Learning

+ 2 Bonus Modules

Covering a wide range of topics(through teaching videos) including:

1. Skills for Educators. 
2. Legislation. 
3. Building a positive learning environment. 
4. How we learn & meeting additional learning needs. 
5. Teaching techniques including instruction & questioning. 
6. Planning and delivering a training session. 
7. Assessment types and uses. 
8. Giving and responding to feedback. 
9. Setting up for accreditation & exclusive discount. 

The course is assessed via mini assignments ranging from presentations, multiple choice questionnaires, short written assignments and scenario tasks. Feedback is provided for each individual submission.

Once you have submitted your assignments and completed your teaching award, you will then be sent your accreditation application.

Accreditation recognises your courses and academy of a set standard for one year. This allows you to accredit your course and allows your students to gain insurance.

You will be able to use our seal of approval on your social media and course materials. We have partnered with a range of insurance providers who will be able to support you in gaining your educators insurance. 

This allows you to accredit your courses and use our seal of approval on your certificates and marketing. You can also get trainer insurance from our insurance providers and your students can get discounted insurance.

The accreditation will show potential students your materials are of a set standard and that your qualifications have been verified. Students are looking for peace of mind and accreditation can help with this.

There is a an additional fee for online accreditation per course (one-off fee). You will need to purchase this separately.

To be accredited by us you will need to submit a copy of the following documents: 

• Our Application Form
• Your teaching qualification certificate.
• Your qualification for each course.
• Your educators insurance.
• Training manual for each course.
• Lesson plan for each course.
• Written Assessments for theoretical elements of your course.
• Assessment schedule which can be downloaded via our accreditation portal page.

After completing both the beauty educators diploma and had your accreditation approved, you can then teach your own courses and your students will then be able to gain insurance from our trusted partners after completing your training.

The Beauty Educators Hub (BEH) is TBP’s Continued Professional Development platform for Beauty Educators. Providing you with tools to elevate your knowledge and business acumen.

This includes a wealth of pre-recorded masterclasses focusing on four key areas: Education, Entrepreneurship, Mindset and Marketing. With the hubs purpose set to either provide you with tools to elevate YOUR academy or information to teach to your STUDENTS.

PLUS Each completed masterclass unlocks a completion certificate which you can use to showcase your commitment to education.
